Job Description:
1. Manage the day-to-day running of a 14-room motel in well located environment that should cater mostly for Refinery
staff and other such staff within the Onne, Rumukorshe, Woji, etc. that need the comfort a small, serene, and well-kept environment;
2. Manage a staff strength of about 14 permanent staff;
3. Ensure that the F1 environment is kept clean to the admiration of all
4. Ensure that at least 80% occupancy is guaranteed at the end of the month;

Requirements
- No preferred candidates.
- At least, a first degree in any discipline is a clear advantage
- Must have at least a minimum of 3-years hotel management experience in a similar jobs in Nigeria or at least an Assistant General Manager’s jobs in Nigeria.
