Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Job summary will include:
• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Performing risk and value management and cost control.
• Preparing and analyzing costing for tender
• Analyzing customers and writing detailed report for each site
• Liaising with parties involved with designated projects regularly
Minimum Requirements and abilities
• Must be a qualified Quantity Surveyor
• Minimum 10 years experience
• Computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft suit
• Have Project Manager experience.
Job Title: Sales Manager
Job summary will include:
• Developing and maintaining current customer and project database.
• Responding to and following up sales enquiries by post, telephone and personal
visit.
• Monitoring and reporting on activities and providing relevant management
information
Minimum Requirements and abilities
• Must have a bachelors degree in Marketing or equivalent
• MBA degree would be an added advantage
• Must have marketing experience (at least 10 years)and a good knowledge of the
construction industry
• Computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
